Today, we had a very fun DT lesson. We tasted different dips and we will soon be designing our own. 

Great news today, 3 more children achieved their pen licence! These children have worked extremely hard to keep their handwriting beautifully neat and joined. Well done!

Today we were outside for PE and we had a great time. We had lots of different drills to complete, practising lots of different skills. We then played some handball games. Click continue reading to see more photos of us in action. 

We celebrated bonfire night by making edible sparklers and pretend bonfires. During our Wild At Heart outdoor lesson we collected sticks then added coloured cellophane and twinkly lights for the flames. We then warmed our hands, toasted marshmallows, drank hot chocolate and sang campfire…

We have some exciting news in Beech Class. On Wednesday, Mrs Croston gave out the first pen licences! These children have worked really hard to ensure their writing is beautifully joined and consistent in all subjects. They were extremely exciting to use their new pens in the next lesson. There…

We had great fun today exploring the sounds that each percussion instrument made and playing along to our favourite nursery rhymes.

It was a little bit wet today, so we had PE in the hall. Mr Nay had set up a dodgeball tournament. We worked really well in our house teams and showed some great teamwork. Click continue reading to see more photos.
