At Heyhouses we aim to create a positive environment where all can thrive together, celebrate their uniqueness and achieve their academic potential. We work to ensure that everyone is treated the same, is treated fairly and has the same opportunities. We recognise, respect and welcome all members of our school community, whatever their cultural background, belief, gender, race or disability.

We recognise that people have different needs, and we understand that treating people equally does not always involve treating them all exactly the same. Some pupils may need extra support to enable them to achieve and succeed.

To ensure access for pupils or parents with disabilities, the school has taken steps to improve access to all areas in line with our equality, accessibility and inclusion policies.
